Will there be any more online events?

The short answer is yes, but they will differ from the B5 Events that happened during the pandemic.

I bought a replay. How do I access it?

You should receive an email with a link and access code. If you have any trouble receiving this, please check your spam folder and then get in touch at helpelf@questretreats.com.

Why are some items restricted to the United States?

The first part of this answer is that certain product weights translate out to very expensive international shipping costs. This is the case with items like Random Boxes of Awesomeness and glassware.

The second part of this answer has to do with the shipping options available to us for certain products, which is answered in the section below. 

Why do some items have more expensive handling fees?

Most of the items in our store are eligible for the shipping option “media mail” which helps us keep costs down for customers like you. However, some of these items like posters or glassware aren’t eligible. 

We don’t currently have a way to specify a different shipping method for those items while also keeping media mail for the other items available, so we use a flat fee for what the item would cost to ship out. We can estimate this best when restricting to US residents. 

If you add an item to cart that has a handling fee of $10 or more, you’ll notice that there aren’t any further shipping charges. (If there are, this is an error and we’d appreciate you getting in touch with helpelf@questretreats.com!)

If you AREN’T a US resident, you can email us at helpelf@questretreats.com about an item you’re interested in and we’ll do our best to estimate what it might cost to ship it out to you.

How do I know proceeds actually go to the Babylon 5 cast and that the autographs are legit?

B5Events was founded by Patricia Tallman, who played Lyta Alexander on Babylon 5 and works with other cast members to make the store what it is today. You can see videos of Patricia demonstrating how she processes orders here.

Bruce, Claudia, Peter, Bill, Andrea, Tracy, and Jason all contribute to the contents of the store. It’s a family affair!

Can I get an item personalized?

When in town, Patricia Tallman offers personalizations on her prints, photos, book, and other items you may request. You can get in touch with her at helpelf@questretreats.com to request this! Please do so as soon as you order to make sure we can get the personalization handled before the item ships out.
