Dark Hoffman – Prop Master
Dark Hoffman is an industry veteran starting out of school at 17 as a special effects assistant on films such as “Dreamscape” and “Splash”. Working his way up he began building props and miniatures at Brick Price’s WonderWorks on “The Abyss”. After working at Roger Corman’s studio on a few films, he landed a very special job as prop maker on the 2nd season of “Babylon 5”. From there, the crew moved positions and he became prop master for the remaining 4 years into “Crusade”.
Dark moved back to prop making at The Hand Prop Room and Neo-Tech for films like “Hook”, “The Addams Family”, “Minority Report”, “Planet of the Apes” and “Buffy”. Moving from props to miniature building, Dark found himself at New Deal Studios building miniatures for films like “Scooby Doo”, “Chronicles of Riddick”, “League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” and “Don’t Say A Word”.
From there he entered the digital realm and started painting digital matte paintings at Digital Domain on “Looney Tunes”, “Peter Pan” and “The Missing”. From there he was launched into a career of digital matte painting and concept art working on numerous films and commercials in a variety of companies and countries.
Cinzia Zanetti
Cinzia Zanetti is an Emmy nominated Los Angeles Film and Television Makeup Artist in Local 706 I.A.T.S.E. She was Department Head on Babylon 5 Seasons 2-5 and on the spinoff. “Crusade” Cinzia has enjoyed an exciting career in Hollywood and continues to have fun and creative adventures. Other projects she has worked on “Alias”, “The Mentalist “, Marvel’s “Ironman”, “Daredevil” and “Agent Carter”
John Flinn IV: Camera Assistant
John graduated from UCLA with an Economics/Business major. While attending college, he was in the Camera Training Program at Warner Brothers Studios under the supervision of Dick Barlowe. Before B5, he was director of operations for a payroll/accounting firm for motion pictures. After the 94’ earthquake, the company went bankrupt, and he went to work on Babylon 5 full time for 4 seasons as a 2nd assistant cameraman/film loader.
John has worked on shows such as Diagnosis Murder, Six Feet Under, Big Love, DeadWood, Desperate Housewives, and Jane The Virgin, to name just a few.

Greg Funk
Greg Funk is a professional film makeup artist. He earned his degree in Film Production through Pittsburgh Filmmakers and Point Park College. He has worked as a special effects make-up artist with George Romero and Tom Savini on such films as Day of the Dead, Monkey Shines, and The Dark Half. After moving to Los Angeles, he began working in television, earning an Emmy Award for “Babylon 5” and two more Emmys for “X Files”. He has worked as Make-up Effects for “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, “Angel”, “Boy Meets World” and “Charmed”. Feature film credits include The Alamo, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World and Steven Spielberg’s The Terminal.
Kim Ferry: Hair and Make Up Assistant
After Babylon 5 wrapped for the last time, Kim M. Ferry became one of the most sought-after Celebrity Hairstylists in the business. She has forged a notable career in Television, Film, Editorial and as an Online Educator in Social Media outlets. Kim became a visible styling influence on many hit shows such as Pretty Little Liars, Famous In Love, Stuck in the Middle, The Office, ER, Pacific Blue, Faking It, Bunheads, The Nine Lives of Chloe King, Veronica Mars, Failsafe, Crusade and Babylon 5.

Jason Davis is the author of The Babylon 5 Encyclopedia, Writing The X-Files, and the forthcoming All Alone in the Night: The Making of Babylon 5. He is a writer and editor who has written hundreds of articles and contributed to over 30 books on film and television. He’s conducted dozens of onstage and virtual interviews over his 15-year career. He is the director of the Harlan Ellison Books Preservation Project, which raised over $100,000 to create definitive editions of the award winning-author’s entire oeuvre.
