I loved seeing Claudia, Mira, and Pat and spending my day with you. I see Pat and Claudia on FB and IG all the time, but I don’t see Mira nearly as much, so this was very nice.Mira’s yoga was inspiring (her downward dog is so perfect!), Claudia makes cooking look like the easiest thing in the world, and Pat’s meditation was a relaxing end to the day.
